Red Ribbon Assembly

Mr Bonner got to try on Miss Utah's "beer goggles" to show the students how impaired people shoot a basketball. He was a great sport and the kids loved it.

Thanks to Mrs Comstock for making red ribbon week a huge success for North Elementary students!

Miss Utah, Heather Anderson came and spoke to our students about the dangers of drinking and using drugs.

Box Tops

Box Tops is now up an running! We will be sending a bag with your child's name and the box top logo home for you to collect your box tops. They will need to be returned to the school on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Your bag will be returned and the kids will receive a reward for turning them in. Please help our coordinator by trimming them before submitting and there is no limit to how many you may turn in at a time.

Due to budget constraints, the arts education program will be cut at the end of the school year unless the Utah Legislature approves continued funding. Please join us on October 8 at Iron Springs Elementary for the Friends of Art Works for North, Iron Springs and Escalante Valley Elementary schools. We need your help to save the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program in schools across the state. During the event, you will learn about this essential arts program and what you can do to show your support.
